Structures:

1. Material: SPCC cold rolled steel, firm structure, static loading: 300kgs.

Material:

1. SPCC cold rolled steel, mounting stripe(square hole)1.5mm, others1.0mm~1.2mm.

2. Metallic materials is anti-corrosion and anti-electrochemical reaction.

3. 1.2mm cold rolled steel in outer cabinet, 1.5mm cold rolled steel in base plate, 2.0mm cold rolled steel in loading parts. all cold rolled steel is treated by hot galvanizing and electro galvanizing. Its main performance index meets:

1. Tensile strength: 375-500N/mm2;

2. extensibility: ≥26%

3. yield point: ≥235N/mm2

Surface Treatment:

To reach the effect of surface protection and improving rust protection, we use:

1. Regular surface coating, texture bring into correspondence with standard sample, without nodule, contraction cavity, granule, etc.surface coating satisfy GB/T 9286-1998 after adhesion test.

2. Degreasing, pickling, phosphoric etc.

Characteristics:

1. Tempered glass front door and steel single rear door. Use round lock, easy for open.

 

2.  Both doors and side panels can be removed easily and quickly, it is convenient for equipment installation and maintenance.

3. Cable inlets available on both top and bottom.

4. The bottom is ventilated and anti-rat.

5. With friendly U mark and sufficient installation space.

 

6. High-speed fans on top insures the ventilation.

 

7. Colors: Grey (RAL7035) or Black (RAL9005).

Optional parts:

1.1 Fixed shelf: Static loading: 100kg.

 

1.2 Sliding shelf: with rails and mounting rails. Moving loading: 25kg
